Rejlers signs framework agreement with SGA Fastigheter, supporting safe and sustainable venues in Stockholm
Rejlers has signed a four-year framework agreement with Stockholm Globe Arena Fastigheter AB (SGA Fastigheter) covering engineering design and project management services.

SGA Fastigheter, which is owned by the City of Stockholm, is responsible for owning, managing and developing the venues in the Globen area – 3Arena, Avicii Arena including SkyView, Hovet and Annexet – as well as the entertainment destination Tolv Stockholm.
The venues in the Globen area are an important part of Stockholm’s offering of event and meeting spaces. Ensuring that the technical systems operate reliably and can be developed in line with evolving requirements is essential for the venues to remain safe, energy-efficient and fit for the future.
The framework agreement covers engineering design and project management services across several technical disciplines, including HVAC and plumbing, electrical systems, building and structural engineering, building automation and SCADA, fire and security systems, and lighting systems. Through the agreement, SGA Fastigheter gains access to senior consultants who can provide support for both small and large projects.
