Rejlers recognized as a rising star in the talent market
Rejlers is ranked among Sweden’s top 40 employers and has been named a Talent Company 2026 in the annual Talent Index by the 4potentials network. Rejlers shows the strongest progress in the talent market among consulting firms, and the company’s CEO and President, Viktor Svensson, has been named one of the top five CEOs in Sweden.

This year’s study from 4potentials highlights increased competition for qualified talent and high mobility in the labor market. The conclusion is that companies with a clear direction, strong culture, and good development opportunities have a clear advantage in attracting the talents of the future.
The Talent Index shows that Rejlers is the employer with the largest percentage improvement – a fast-growing “rocket” in the talent market. On the top 40 list of employers, Rejlers is the highest-ranked engineering consultancy, and CEO and President Viktor Svensson takes second place among the top five in the “CEO of the Year” category.
