Rejlers’ digital 360° imaging service, Accelerated Operations, was used to monitor and document each phase of the renovation project. The service enables users to virtually visit the site before the renovation, throughout the construction stages, and after completion.
Each work stage of the renovation of the Day Care Centre has been documented with Rejlers’ Accelerated Operations Service (AOS). The service allows its users to take a virtual tour at site before the renovations, during the construction stages, and following completion.
The renovation of the Day Care Centre created modern premises for 160 children, as well as for club activities for early childhood education. The total space was approximately 1,700 square metres.

Comprehensive view of the construction site
AOS is a browser-based cloud service that uses a 360-degree camera and image model service to provide a near real-time view of the construction site. The service allows, for example, to monitor the progress of the work, document the project or supervise the construction site without visiting it. AOS is suitable for construction projects, industrial and real estate use.
The system allows users to check on premises and move around a worksite with a genuinely 360-degree view, from the screen of a computer, tablet or phone. You can add a near infinite amount of information to the service, and then locate it easily. Furthermore, sensors mean that the service can be used to monitor factors such as the temperature, moisture levels, or even dryness of the concrete on the worksite: and all the data is also stored in the service.
More efficient site monitoring
A major source of added value is the equal accessibility and transparency of the data provided by the service, which reduces conflicts. For example, this documentation can bring transparency to indoor renovation projects, as well as dispel any suspicions the facility users might have about the quality of the renovations carried out. The service also speeds up and streamlines supervision and monitoring of the worksite, with users able to explore the site virtually.
AOS has successfully been used at several construction sites. Renovation sites, for example, can be photographed before the planning stage, which allows the service to be used as a tool in the planning work and for documentation in the realization stage. At newbuild sites, the service provides documentation at various stages.
