Rejlers relocates into the Midroc property The Edge in Malmö

Rejlers is making significant investments in the Malmö region and relocates into The Edge office property in Hyllie. On June 12, Midroc, together with Rejlers, announced the signing of a five-year lease for the office property The Edge in Hyllie in Malmö. Peter Syrén, CEO of Midroc Properties, and Viktor Svensson, CEO Rejlers, were both present to celebrate the company becoming the latest addition to the property.
Rejlers relocates into a large new 1,756 sqm property, covers over three floors, floor six and floor seven as well as parts of the fifth floor in the office building The Edge in Hyllie. As tenants, Rejlers will also have access to shared conference rooms on the ground floor.
“We are currently making large investments in the Malmö region and are planning to hire 100 new engineers within two years. We are greatly looking forward to moving into the new office in Hyllie. It will be an important milestone and a step in achieving our vision “Home of the Learning Minds” to become the most "learning" company in our industry,” says Gabriela Larsson, Rejlers’ site manager in Malmö.

The office in Hyllie offers good transport links to both Copenhagen Airport and Malmö Central Station. The environmentally sound premises in The Edge have a Silver classification from the Sweden Green Building Council.
