Rejlers propose reduced share dividend

The Board of Directors of Rejlers AB (publ) has decided to reduce previous dividend proposal and instead propose that the Annual General Meeting on April 22 decides on a dividend of SEK 1.50 (1.00) per share, which corresponds to 36 percent of earnings per share after dilution, instead of previously proposal of SEK 2.25 per share. The dividend amounts to MSEK 29.5 (18.1).

Rejlers has a solid balance sheet and solid cash balance, however, in the view of increased uncertainty due to the Covid-19 pandemic the board believes that it is justified to propose a reduced dividend proposal.

As earlier communicated, the Nomination Committee for Rejlers AB (publ) has also decided to withdraw the proposal for the Annual General Meeting 2020 on raising the Board fees and has instead proposed that the Board fees remains unchanged compared to 2019. All other proposals from The Nomination Committee' to the Annual General Meeting remain unchanged.
