Rejlers helps Bilreda automate

Rejlers has been tasked with streamlining several of Bilreda's administrative processes using robotic process automation, also called RPA - Robot Process Automation. Bilreda is one of the country's largest players in car administration with approximately 22,000 company cars handled annually.
Bilreda helps companies manage their company cars through services such as invoice review, driver support, car sales, and car policy and insurance issues. The company, which is a subsidiary of First Rent A Car AB, which is part of the Volvo Group, now wants to streamline its operations and has commissioned Rejlers to automate routine tasks using robotic process automation. For example, the technology is used to digitize repetitive and administrative tasks such as handling invoices or moving data between different systems.

Rejler's assignment is expected to last until the end of the year with the possibility of an extension.
