Rejlers Finland acquires JETS Consulting Oy

The Industry division within Rejlers Finland Oy has grown strongly over the past two years and is currently Rejlers largest division. The division has more than 500 employees and will now be further strengthened with the acquisition of JETS Consulting Oy, which specializes in process and plant design. JETS Consulting Oy was founded in 2011, is based in Espoo and has 16 employees. With the acquisition, Rejlers can provide an increasingly impressive service offering to its customers in the industrial sector.

- Rejlers Industry division is purposefully on its way to becoming one of the largest design and consulting players in the Nordic countries, and the merger with JETS Consulting is a significant step in this direction, says Aki Hakkarainen, VP Engineering, Industry, Rejlers Finland Oy.

In the industrial sector, customers are increasingly interested in purchasing services as a complete package that assesses the techno-economic feasibility of investment plans. The largest industrial investments are generally carried out as EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) deliveries.
