Rejlers acquires Kraftkon, strengthening its electric power offerings

Rejlers has acquired the consulting company Kraftkon Sverige AB, which specialises in electric power. With the acquisition, Rejlers further strengthens its offerings in the energy sector, which is a strategic growth area for the company. Kraftkon is based in Växjö and has five employees with cutting-edge expertise in the area of substations, control systems and power transformation.
Kraftkon was founded in 2016 and offers the technical design, construction, programming and commissioning of transformer stations and other power facilities. The customers are network owners and private companies as well as contractors and government agencies.
“Through the acquisition of Kraftkon, Rejlers strengthens its already strong position within electrical power substations and switchgears. We are now further developing Rejlers’ and Kraftkon’s current business and becoming an even more complete and competitive supplier in a sector in high demand,” says Sara Kimell, Head of Division Energy at Rejlers Sweden.

The takeover of Kraftkon Sverige AB will take place on 1 June 2021.
