Rejlers Nextgen 2020 trainee program – with a view to curious learning

Today, September 8th, Rejlers Nextgen 2020 starts - one of the largest trainee programs in the Nordic region. Preparations have been going on for over a year and now 19 young trainees from Sweden, Finland and Norway are welcomed.

"Competition for places in the trainee program has been tough with more applications than ever before. A clear proof that Rejlers is well on its way to becoming a better known employer brand among the students", says Åsa Törngren, Head of Talent Acquisition at Rejlers.

The launch of Nextgen 2020 is fully in line with Rejlers vision Home of the learning minds. Being a trainee at Rejlers is about learning – in several directions. For nine months, trainees will alternate sharp assignments with training and project work. In addition, they will have a couple of joint gatherings in the three countries, with the aim of building networks together, an important part of Rejlers culture and values. Nextgen 2020 will be the perfect opportunity to get to know Rejlers as a company and the consulting industry as a whole.

- The launch of Nextgen 2020 also shows Rejlers faith in the future, despite the challenging times. We are convinced that it is the mix of age, knowledge and experience that will make us successful in the long term, Åsa concludes.
