Change in number of shares and votes in Rejlers

The new shares were registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office in February 2014. As per 28 February 2014, the share capital of the company amounts to SEK 24 643 442 and the number of shares to 12 321 721 shares, divided into 1 251 250 shares of Series A and 11 070 471 shares of series B, corresponding to a total number of 23 582 971 votes.
