Rejlers processes personal data for customers, suppliers, potential business partners, shareholders, employees and prospective employees.

This page lists the external personal data processing carried out by Rejlers, i.e. the processing addressed to customers, subconsultants, suppliers, shareholders, potential business partners and recruitments is described here. Fulfilment of contractual obligations

​Fulfilment of contractual obligations

Rejlers will process the personal data necessary to carry out the assignment and to meet the terms of the guarantees we provide.

Storage period:
Personal data will be stored for the period during which work is carried out and for the agreed guarantee period calculated from the date when work is completed or otherwise ceases. ​

Fulfilment of legal obligations placed on a public listed company

​Compliance with legal obligations

Rejlers has an obligation to process personal data in order to comply with the legal requirements placed on a public listed company.

Storage period:
Rejlers stores personal data during the period required by law. This means that information relating to cases of insider trading will be saved for a period of five (5) years after the case is closed, in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading (Market Abuse Penalties) Act (SFS 2005:377).

For the administration of legal proceedings

Rejlers processes personal data necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of any legal claim.

Storage period:
The personal data processed will be stored only for as long as is necessary to administer the legal process in question.

Marketing

Categories of personal data:

​Legitimate interests 

The processing of such personal data is necessary to meet Rejlers’ need to actively conduct marketing activities.

Storage period:
These personal data are stored for the duration of the ongoing campaign. Rejlers goes through all completed marketing campaigns every 90 days in order to remove all personal data that is no longer relevant.

Potential business relationships

Categories of personal data:

Legitimate interests 

This processing is necessary in order to meet Rejlers’ and its contacts’ legitimate interests in doing business together in the future.

Storage period:
Rejlers goes through personal data stored under this category every 60 days to weed out data that is no longer relevant. Personal data processed for this purpose will be stored for a maximum of two (2) years.

Rejlers processes only that personal data necessary to carry out a recruitment process.

Legitimate interests

Rejlers processes only that personal data regarding references provided by a job applicant to the extent that this is necessary in order to carry out a recruitment process.

Storage period:
Rejlers stores this personal data for a maximum of 24 months.

Rejlers processes only that personal data necessary to carry out a recruitment process.

Legitimate interests (headhunting and references)

Processing is necessary to meet Rejlers’ and their contacts’ legitimate interests with regard to any recruitment to Rejlers; only personal data related to references provided by a job applicant are processed and only to the extent necessary in order to carry out a recruitment process.

Storage period:
Rejlers stores this personal data for a maximum of 24 months.
