Report from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Rejlers AB (publ) on 1 October 2021

At the Extraordinary General Meeting (the “EGM”) of Rejlers AB (publ), reg. no 556349-8426, (the “Company”), on 1 October 2021 the EGM adopted, inter alia, the following resolutions. For more detailed information regarding the contents of the resolutions, please refer to the notice to the EGM and the complete proposals, which have previously been published and are available on the Company’s website, www.rejlers.com.
Decision on dividend
The EGM resolved, in accordance with the resolution proposed by the Board of Directors, on a dividend of SEK 68,907,681.50 in total of which SEK 6,122,375 shall be distributed to shareholders with Class A shares and SEK 62,785,306.50 shall be distributed to shareholders with Class B shares.
Accordingly, the EGM resolved on a dividend of SEK 3.50 per share, irrespectively of class of shares and Tuesday, 5 October 2021 was resolved as record day. With this record date, the dividend is estimated to be distributed through the agency of Euroclear Sweden AB on Friday, 8 October 2021.
