Rejlers signs framework agreement with SigtunaHem

Rejlers has signed a framework agreement with SigtunaHem with the goal of developing a strategy for energy efficiency and reduced energy consumption in the company's properties. The agreement covers a wide range of energy services and runs for two years with the possibility of extension for one plus one year.
SigtunaHem owns and manages 4,800 apartments with rental rights in Sigtuna municipality and is facing important work in the energy and sustainability area with ambitious goals for the future. Rejlers will now contribute with expertise to help SigtunaHem achieve the goals: a fossil-free common good by 2030 and 30 percent lower energy use by 2030 (calculated from 2007).
"Through an active collaboration with Rejlers, we hope to be able to further enhance our sustainability work. This is an important focus area for us when we develop our homes and working methods. We aim to contribute to global, national and regional goals, both now and in the future, says Bertil Hallbäck, Senior Advisor at SigtunaHem.
The framework agreement includes expertise in energy monitoring, strategic energy work and energy services. The agreement gives SigtunaHem the opportunity to procure services such as energy advice, energy audits in selected properties, requirements formulation in procurements in the energy area, support in the systematic energy work, customer support in the implementation of measures and other energy-related consulting services.
