• Net sales increased by 23.6% to SEK 778.4 million (629.6)
• Organic sales growth amounted to 13.1% (19.4)
• EBITA increased to SEK 54.8 million (28.6) and the EBITA margin increased to 7.0 per cent (4.5)
• Operating profit (EBIT) increased to SEK 42.6 million (21.6), impacted by acquisition expenses of SEK 0.7 million (0.0)
• Net profit after tax increased to SEK 31.2 million (15.6)
• Earnings per share before dilution increased to SEK 1.53 (0.79) and after dilution to SEK 1.52 (0.77)

January - September

• Net sales increased by 22.3% to SEK 2,522.8 million (2,062.9)
• Organic sales growth increased to 12.9 per cent (8.6)
• EBITA increased to SEK 195.5 million (116.0) and the EBITA margin increased to 7.7 per cent (5.6)
• Operating profit (EBIT) increased to SEK 154.7 million (92.4), impacted by acquisition expenses of SEK 6.6 million (4.1)
• Net profit after tax increased to SEK 120.4 million (78.7)
• Earnings per share before dilution increased to SEK 5.91 (4.00) and after dilution to SEK 5.85 (3.91)
• Cash flow from operating activities increased to SEK 190.4 million (94.3)

Statement by the President and CEO 
“The third quarter of the year was strong for Rejlers with an EBITA of SEK 54.8 million (28.6), an increase of nearly 100 per cent compared with the corresponding quarter in 2021. The EBITA margin for the quarter increased to 7.0 per cent (4.5) and sales increased by 24 per cent to SEK 778.4 million, of which more than half was organic”, says Viktor Svensson, President and CEO, Rejlers AB.
