Amended proposal for a dividend of Rejlers AB

Rejlers’ long-term policy is that around 50 per cent of the company’s profit after tax should be distributed as dividend. The Board of Rejlers proposes to the Annual General Meeting 2018 a dividend of SEK 0.50 per share (0.00) for the financial year 2017, which corresponds to 70.4 per cent of earnings per share after dilution. The dividend amount corresponds to SEK 9.0 million (0.0).  

Due to the Board of Directors’ proposed dividend presented above, the Board hereby issues the following reasoned statement pursuant to Chapter 18 Section 4 of the Swedish Companies Act. The Board deems the dividend to be reasonable considering the demands the nature of the operation places on equity financing, the ability of fulfilling the Group’s obligations in both the short and long terms and the assessment of the Group’s future growth.
