Rejlers increases its shareholding in APAS

Rejlers has acquired an additional 50 percent of the Norwegian company APAS Energiteknikk AS from Statoil, Norway. After the acquisition Rejlers owns 65 percent of the company, the remainder is owned by the company's founder Arne Palm.

The company was founded in 1988 and is active in areas such as monitoring and analyzing energy application in buildings and administrative management of the oil boiler installations for customers such as Statoil.

Energy and Environment is a strategic focus area for Rejlers. APAS Energiteknikk skills and systems in the energy sector is an important part in the development of this area. Through the company's web analysis tool, 3RWEB, the user can monitor energy consumption, CO2 - emissions and waste management in buildings and properties. On this basis, the benefit from taken measures can be controlled.

The company's estimated turnover for 2010 is approximately 10 MNOK.
