Rejlers publishes prospectus relating to the rights issue

The prospectus relating to the rights issue in Rejlers AB (publ) (“Rejlers”) has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is now available on Rejlers' website, www.rejlers.com, and on Carnegie’s website, www.carnegie.se. The prospectus will also, in a few days, be available on the SFSA’s website, www.fi.se.
