Rejlers is named to Allbright’s Green List

According to the Allbright Foundation’s latest gender equality report for 2020, an increasing number of listed companies have no women at all in their senior management teams. Rejlers bucks this trend, and the gender balance in its corporate management has earned it 17th place on Allbright’s “green list”. This means that Rejlers’ ranking has jumped by 100 since last year, when the company placed 117th.

“Becoming a more equal company is part of our overall strategy, and our ranking on Allbright’s green list is a first step towards achieving our sustainability goals for 2025,” says Viktor Svensson, CEO of Rejlers.

Every year, Allbright ranks listed companies’ promotion of women to their management teams from best to worst. The gender-equal companies are listed on Allbright’s green stock exchange list, the mediocre companies are placed on the yellow stock exchange list, and the male-dominated companies end up on the red stock exchange list. Allbright’s latest gender equality report indicates that not a single industry will reach the gender balance goal by 2020.
