Norwegian electrical chain chooses Rejlers for streamlined store operations

Rejlers is delighted to announce an agreement with Norwegian electrical chain Elektroimportøren AS for the delivery of IoT technology to streamline store operations and improve the customer experience. The agreement covers all of Elektroimportøren’s 21 Norwegian stores and the solution will also be successively rolled out to new stores as part of the electrical chain’s ambitious expansion plans.
The Internet of Things (IoT) technology that Elektroimportøren has chosen to implement in all of its stores is Electronic Shelf Labelling (ESL). Rejlers’ partner in implementing the solution is SES-imagotag, worldwide leader in providing smart digital solutions to retailers.
“With the aid of this technology, we can improve the user experience, create streamlined in-store operations and help both staff and customers to make well-informed decisions – making this an important tool for retailers when working to improve profitability,” says Svein Cato Winther, business development manager at Rejlers.
By operating outside the wholesale sector to sell electrical goods and lighting directly to the public and trade, Elektroimportøren has enjoyed significant growth over recent years.

Over recent years, Rejlers has built up an extensive customer base in the retail sector, assisting businesses such as Elgiganten, Synoptik, Intersport and Voice with new solutions.
