Mikko Vaahersalo appointed new CEO of Rejlers Finland

Mikko Vaahersalo succeeds Seppo Sorri, who after fifteen years as CEO of Rejlers Finland has decided to leave the company, according to previous communications. Mikko Vaahersalo has extensive experience from adjacent sectors and comes most recently from the role as President and CEO of Empower Oy. Mikko Vaahersalo has a Master of Science in Technology, is 42 years old, and has experience in leading and developing organizations and businesses successfully in various technology areas and market conditions.

In his most recent role as President and CEO of Empower Oy, Mikko was responsible for the split and sale of the company, which took place in 2020. Prior to that, he headed two major divisions within Empower Oy, Telecom and Smart Industry respectively, which together were about the same size as Rejlers Finland. Mikko was at Empower Oy just over fourteen years and before that at Stora Enso for seven years.
