Jenny Edfast is new division manager at Elkraft in Sweden. She brings with her many years of experience in consulting to Rejlers, which will help to raise the division and other parts of the company.
- Generally, there is good expertise in Rejlers’ different areas. But it is always possible to develop further to strengthen Rejlers, for example to work more with interactions between different parts of the company. This applies to cooperation within the divisions to provide greater services and solutions, but also collaboration across divisional boundaries to see how we can optimize the competences that exist in the company, Jenny explains.
Another important area to focus on is to adjust to what customers will demand in the future, that Rejlers needs to deliver services that harmonize with new IT-solutions and communication systems.
An important reason why Jenny chose to join Rejlers is the familiar feeling within the company.
- I have always had a positive image of Rejlers, a major player in the consulting market. The feeling that is spread out is that it is a family business with great entrepreneurial spirit, where employees are passionate about the projects and about developing the services. Many employees feel strongly about their employer and that feels different compared to other companies in the consulting industry. Rejlers has done well with recruiting skilled employees and provide personal development. That appealed to me and made me choose Rejlers, she concludes.
