Rejlers wins assignment for the Norwegian Railway Museum

Rejlers Norway has won an exciting and multifaceted project for the Norwegian Railway Museum (Norsk Jernbanemuseum) in Hamar regarding electrical design and energy advice.

The Norwegian Railway Museum opened in Hamar as early as in 1896. It is one of the oldest railway museums in the world. It is a national museum that is administered by the Norwegian National Rail Administration. Norway's railway history is depicted through the museum's unique collection of indoor and outdoor exhibits. Inside the locomotive and carriage halls, there is a historical collection of locomotives and carriages that date all the way back to the first years of railway transport in Norway.

Rejlers won the assignment in competition with several other technical consultancy companies. This assignment is especially interesting since the project includes developing new, modern lighting design for the exhibitions in the museums.
