Rejlers expands to 850 employees through acquisition in Finland

The Rejler Group company Rejlers Oy has signed a letter of intent to acquire the technical consultant company Ingenjörsbyrå Ukiplan Oy. The company has 28 employees and a turnover of SEK 20 million with a good profitability. The competence in the company is within Construction and Property, Shipyard, the Industry and Energy area. Ukiplan Oy's offices are situated in Åbo, Nystad och Björneborg, which are new geographical markets for Rejlers.

 

The acquisition strengthens Rejlers' position in the west of Finland and offers improved possibilities to grow in the region. After the acquisition, the number of employees is 280 in Rejlers Finland and 850 for the Rejler group. The acquisition will be realised on April 1, 2008.
