Rejlers acquires the technical consultant company Danatec

The Rejler Group Company Rejlers Ingenjörer AB acquires the technical consultant company Danatec in Örnsköldsvik. Danatec has around 40 employees and a turnover of SEK 30 million with a good profitability. The company offers technical consultant services mainly for product and production development in the engineering, mining and process industry. Danatec's offices are situated in Örnsköldsvik, Skellefteå and Sundsvall.

 

The acquisition strengthens Rejlers within its competence area mechanics and increases the company's market shares along the north eastern coast of Sweden.

 

The number of employees after the acquisition is 620 in Rejlers Sweden and 920 for the Rejler Group. The acquisition will be realised on August 26 2008 and is paid for in cash.
