Rejlers acquires Orbion Sweden and doubles its telecom operations

The acquisition gives Rejlers close to 2,100 employees. Orbion Consulting has 150 employees in Sweden and it is estimated it will generate an annual turnover of MSEK 30 during the remainder of 2015 and turnover of MSEK 200 over a
12-month period. The merger is in line with Rejlers' strategy to grow within infrastructure and makes it possible to offer an ever broader range of specialised services and turnkey project responsibility within its telecommunications business.

Orbion Consulting is a technology consultancy that offers technological and legal consultancy services within network infrastructure and communications. The company is involved in developing, planning, commissioning and running projects within network infrastructure and communications.

Strong expansion within telecom sector
In recent years, Rejlers has grown rapidly within the telecoms sector, and the acquisition of Orbion Consulting Sweden definitively makes Rejlers one of the largest telecommunications players in Sweden. Rejlers Sweden will generate an annual turnover of MSEK 1,250 and has close to 1,200 employees. Thanks to the acquisition, we will achieve our growth vision of 3 x 2015.
