Nominations Committee's proposals for Rejlers' Board of Directors

The Nominations Committee proposes the re-election of Ivar Verner as the Chairman of the Board. Annika Steiber is proposed as a new Board member. Moreover, the Nominations Committee proposes the re-election of Helena Nordman Knutson, Thord Wilkne, Jan Samuelsson and Peter Rejler. Anders Jonsson has declined re-election.
Annika Steiber, born 1968, holds a PhD from Chalmers University of Technology. She has also studied at the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of California, Berkeley. Annika Steiber has 20 years of experience in strategic planning for business development and leading knowledge on development and management models for entrepreneurship and digitalisation. The Nominations Committee expects Annika Steiber to be able to contribute to Reilers’ development of digital business models, in a concrete way.
Annika Steiber is founder and CEO of INNOWAY, a company that targets the development of the leadership concept thought leadership within the area of leadership and organisation. Annika is an adjunct professor at Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley and is also the author of two well-known books on the subject of leadership: ”The Google Model: Managing Continuous Innovation in a Rapidly Changing World” (Stiftelsen IMIT & Vinnova, 2014) and ”The Silicon Valley Model – Management for Entrepreneurship” (Springer, 2015).
The Nominations Committee’s full proposal has been presented in the notice of the Annual General Meeting that was published on 7 April. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 9 May 2016, at 17.00 at the Lindhagen, Lindhagensgatan 126 in Stockholm.
