Board and ownership changes in Rejlers

The Chairman of the Board, Lars Kylberg, and the Vice Chairman, Jan Rejler, have notified the election committee that they will not be available for re-election at the coming Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2010. In order to preserve the company's character of a listed family business Lars Kylberg transferred all his shares of class A to a company completely owned by Jan Rejler.

Furthermore Peter Rejler, the president of the company, has transferred 50 000 shares of class A to Lauri Valkonen and 51 700 shares of class B to Jan Rejler's company. Lauri Valkonen is a member of the board in the Rejler Group and was previous one of the owners in the company's Finnish business.
