Norwegian fire investigators

Rejlers is helping Agder Energi Nett and the police in Norway in their fire investigations.

Every year, Rejlers is involved in over 60 investigations and helps to identify the cause of at least 70 per cent of the fires. The assignment begins by determining whether a fire has started as the result of an electrical fault. Most fires, however, are caused by open fires and electrical devices. An increasingly common cause of fire which the Rejlers team assists with, and which is particularly nasty, is computers full of dust which are left switched on overnight.
