Complete measuring point entails the delivery of all measuring equipment locally in the measuring point as well as maintenance, verification, documentation/maintaining a register and support. With Complete measuring point, you acquire a guaranteed function, a measurement test result Complete for reading or Complete for further transport to the central system.

Complete IT Support entails the execution of computer operation, support, maintenance and the development of new functions. Here you will have access to the newest IT functions directly via the Internet. With Complete IT support, you avoid investing in costly system solutions.

Complete measure value involves the collection of hourly and monthly measurement test results for delivery to systems for balancing accounts and debiting. With Complete measurement test result you will always have access to quality assured measurement test results. The measurement test results are collected each day or each month.

Complete hourly balancing of accounts entails a balancing of accounts per grid area for customers whose accounts are settled on an hourly basis. The results are reported to SvK, who are responsible for balancing and suppliers. Balancing is carried out each 24-hour period.

Complete change of supplier entails all automatic handling of cases during a change of supplier and other amended customer information such as moving, name change etc. as well as a report of established meter indications and definite annual energies. Case handling is carried out continuously.

Complete standard balancing of account entails the calculation of preliminary and final unit numbers per supplier and body responsible for balancing within each standard balancing area and a report of the unit numbers to concerned interested parties. Balancing is carried out after each turn of the month.
