Corporate Governance

Corporate governance is often referred to as the procedures adopted to effectively steer and run a company in a controlled fashion.

The corporate governance of the Rejler Group is exercised mainly through the Annual General Meeting and the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors, as an executive body, has at its disposal the President, but also other members of the Group management.

Rejlers is covered by the proposed revision to the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance, which according to the Swedish Corporate Governance Board applies from 1 July 2008.
