Rejlers B share

The share capital of the Rejlers Group amounts to SEK 22,643,442 and the total number of votes is 22,582,971. At the end of 2012, there were 1,681 owners of Class B shares and approximately 591 of these had a trading item of at least 500 shares each. Since 18 December 2006, the company’s Class B share has been listed on Nasdaq OMX Nordic Exchange.

As requested by shareholders, the company has converted 1,250 Class A to Class B shares in accordance with the conversion reservation in the company’s articles of association. Each shareholder who is entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting may vote with the full number of votes he or she owns and represents in shares, without limitation as to voting rights. Each share has an equal right to shares in the company's assets and profits. Following this change the total number of shares remains unchanged at 11,321,721 shares divided into 1,251,250 Class A (ten votes/share) and 10,070,471 Class B shares (one vote/share).
