Manager development

We place great emphasis on the recruitment of our managers. Being a manager at Rejlers means involvement in both employee and business development.

A healthy relationship between employees and their managers is a basic prerequisite for employees to feel good. Personal leadership is developed based on our fundamental values and a general Leader Development Programme.

All new managers at Rejlers complete the Rejdux Leader Development Programme. Leadership questions are discussed on three occasions, and new managers quickly build up a good network of colleagues around the Nordic region.
