- Generally, there is good expertise in Rejlers’ different areas. But it is always possible to develop further to strengthen Rejlers, for example to work more with interactions between different parts of the company. This applies to cooperation within the divisions to provide greater services and solutions, but also collaboration across divisional boundaries to see how we can optimize the competences that exist in the company, Jenny explains.
Another important area to focus on is to adjust to what customers will demand in the future, that Rejlers needs to deliver services that harmonize with new IT-solutions and communication systems.
An important reason why Jenny chose to join Rejlers is the familiar feeling within the company.
